Kuminda in the native tongue of the Dutch Caribbean means 'food', and Linda in Spanish means 'beautiful'. I grew up on the tropical island of Curaçao which is where I developed my love of fresh food. This is where I opened my first restaurant, and with Venezuela on my doorstep the Spanish influence inspired the name of my new passion.
Keeping everything local is important to me. I only source food from respected, responsible suppliers who take quality as seriously as I do. I make sure that I buy as many ingredients as possible from local suppliers that guarantee that all their animals are free range and outdoor reared.
I believe that any great catering event only happens when you bring together high expectations, delicious food, thoughtful presentation and attentive service. I pride myself on delivering the best.
